Pups will be shipped from the Atlanta International Airport GA or Birmingham International Airport AL to the nearest international airport to you. Shipping prices are subject to change any time with out notice. I have no control over what the airline charges, or the rising cost of items required to ship you a pup.

The least expensive option is to pick the puppy up here at the kennel yourself. But if you live more than a two day drive, away, shipping will cost less. The cost of the pup, and shipping, is less than you will pay for a basset pup in most parts of the country. Personally I prefer you pick the pup up at the kennel. Its' getting to be very expenses to ship a pup. Plus it's more work for me and more stress on the  pup. I under stand that this is not an option for everyone.

When I book the pup for shipping, I will email you, or call you, with the flight number and arrival time, after the pup is booked.

Info on pickup, such as, location and times at your local air port call Deltas pet line 1 888 736 3738, or you can call your local Delta cargo number.

Shipping Date For Pups , I prefer to ship the Saturday after they are eight weeks old. Pups can only be booked for shipping 48 to 24hrs in advance, depending on the weather.

Pups are shipped with Delta Airlines; I only use Delta, because in the last 20 years, I have had no pup injured, or lost.

Shipping is $220.00 on my end, you pay Delta on your end COD. Shipping includes a health certificate required by the airlines, and state to which the pup is shipped, crate/pet taxi for shipping, transportation to the air port, shipper's certification, air way bill, and acclimation certification if needed. Shipping two pups in the same create add $95.00. Note; Because the airlines change their shipping charges ever time I ship a pup. I will only ship COD, you will have to pay the airline charges on your end.

Pups over 12 weeks old, add $45.00, $20.00 for a larger pet taxi and $25.00 for a rabies inoculation. Pups over 12 weeks old have to have a rabies shot to be shipped. They are larger at this age and require a larger crate/pet taxi.

Shipping to Alaska & Canada NO COD, $465.00, two pups in the same create add $95.00. Shipping has to be prepaid on my end. Pups can only be shipped to, Toronto or Montreal Canada.

Pups Shipped with American and Continental Airlines NO COD; Sometimes I will use these two airline if Delta does not fly to your area. There may be other charges with these airlines, or any other airlines, I have no control over shipping charges.

Shipping using Continental Airlines, total price is $480.00 at this time. Continental has no restrictions on the temperature. Pup has to be booked 24hrs in advance. Space is limited and may not be available on all flights.

No live animals can be shipped with most Air Lines, if the temperature is above 85 or below 20 degrees. This occurs mostly between June-August and December-February. The only exception to this rule Anchorage AK. and American Airlines will ship if temperatures fall below 20 or above 85 degrees.

Insurance: All pups shipped will be insured for $500.00 or more if you prefer.
